They Only Teach ASL To Hearing And Not Teach English To Deaf?

Why are they teaching so many ASL, no wonder why Deaf people are not good in English, but not all of them but a lot.
So they don't teach us in English so...They only want money from governments?
I believe it is time for them to teach Deaf in English; only reading and writing. Nevertheless, that won't stop us from using ASL.
To me it looks like they only focus on ASL way too much this is the problem why so many Deaf don't do good in English. But they really can so unfortunately they don't want to teach Deaf people in English. I understand why there are so many of them can't do English well.
